Librecon Q3: How do you think we can collaborate more closely Taiwan and Euskadi in the process of digital transformation so the people can get more transparency and a better democracy? Do you think open technologies will favor it?
While power structures and policies differ from place to place, the process & procedures — rules, tools and playbooks — are common to all of us, and a properly designed i18n & m17n & deployment structure (container platforms such as Docker and Sandstorm.io) would make collaboration much easier.
