Your open data approach has won plaudits and I’m interested in knowing whether there are aspects which can be quickly exported to other countries, or replicated there with advice from those in the Taiwan civic tech / open data community.
Do you think “Taiwan can help” can now proceed from encouraging emulation by others to assisting in direct implementation by others?
