Not a single website works well. Banks, railways, easycard, Tax, post office, healthcare, police.
PCHOME, Ruten - other examples of terrible implementation.
Everything is designed so so poorly. The worst is the filing tax online - freakin shit with the amount of non-sensical steps.
Plus no-one is the government wants to understand the concept of “resident foreigners”
The entire country can’t write a string parser to correctly parse ARC numbers. Terrible!
Look the websites and IT infrastructure of other countries and learn from it. Heck, at least learn to copy these ideas from China and India correctly.
